World Tallest Building in Karachi: Bahria Town’s Clarification
Islamabad: Founder of Bahria Town Malik Riaz accused Punjab government and opposition leader ch. Nisar Crushed World Tallest Building in Karachi project with Abu Dhabi group.
Malik Riaz while talking to the media disclosed these facts against Chaudhry Nisar and Punjab government.
Bahrian Town published a clarification in today’s newspapers regarding cancellation of this project.
Malik said we will continue this project and you will see mega investors and companies from US and middle east will sponsor this project in Karachi Lahore and Islamabad.

its just simple rubbish and a propaganda by malik riaz and his puppets in establishment or crap institutes like brasstacks(which is now targeting CJP and SC). abu dabhi group is the second largest institutional investor in the world and institutions like these usually do due diligence and proper estimation of the market before investing. they just signed an MoU with Baharia Town and malik riaz used this as a publicity stunt so that he can strengthen his position in cases running against him and can show his black money as white investment money. the publicity stunt may have pissed off Abu Dabhi group and they decided to not go with any deal with him. anyone who knows how large international investment works can easily doubt the way it was marketed per-maturely.

This guys is at least trying to get Pakistan a good face. Bahria Town no doubt is an expensive place to live but just look at the standards he has created. Business point of view say he would love to make money, not just he, I think anybody would love to make money. He is trying to give some good image to Pakistan, we should be supporting him instead of abusing him. No doubt he will make money and the property prices have risen, but see how many Pakistani people will get jobs due to his launch of new project in Karachi. Don’t always criticize people, also see at the positives they give us!
